Our Anxiety Mist is a gorgeous, delicate aromatherapy spray made with the finest grade of Lavender and Vetiver essential oils. It's designed as "holistic first aid for anxiety" to help soothe the nervous system.
To use it, you spray 2-3 pumps onto a tissue or your clothing and inhale deeply, allowing the calming essential oils to work their therapeutic magic. It comes in a 30ml glass spray bottle and is made from pure essential oils in a base of distilled water.
